Because of his strong interest in police welfare and deep understanding of the challenges faced by police personnel and their families, Dr.BH.Jamadar established Karnataka Police Kalyan Abhivruddi Sansthe in 2023.
The organization was born out of a genuine concern for the welfare of those who serve and protect our communities. Dr. Jamadar recognized that police personnel and their families often face unique challenges — from employment uncertainties after retirement to legal, financial, and social hurdles that require dedicated support systems.
Through KPKAS, Dr. Jamadar envisioned a comprehensive support framework that not only addresses the immediate needs of police families but also extends its reach to the broader community, including youth, women, farmers, labourers, and other sections of society who need empowerment and development opportunities.
Today, the organization stands as a beacon of hope and support, with 16+ specialized divisions, multiple welfare initiatives, and a growing network of members and supporters committed to the cause of community development and empowerment.
